Manage your account yourself
- Change your password โ on your account page.
- Cancel your subscription โ Billing section of your account page. See Cancellation & Refunds.
- Download your data โ export everything we hold about you from the account page.
- Forgot your password? โ use the password reset flow.
Delete my data
You can permanently delete your account and all of your chat history at any time, yourself: open your account page, go to the Danger zone, and confirm with your password. This removes your profile and conversations from our active systems and cannot be undone. If you can't sign in, email privacy@transluxe.ai and we'll handle it.
Reporting prohibited content
If you encounter anything that violates our Content Policy โ especially anything involving minors or a real, identifiable person โ report it to abuse@transluxe.ai immediately. We take these reports seriously and act promptly.
